I began my time as CCO of Publicis NY in April of 2024. We were 3 client brands and 9 creatives. 10 if you counted me. And I was very much a working creative. Over the next 2 years the goal was growth through creative. And grow we did. A little organic growth, and a lot of new business wins through pitches. We won our first four pitches and went on to win 7 out of 8.

With new clients come new people. And lots of them. in under 2 years, the creative department grew from 10 to nearly 40. Building an incredible team of creatives across all disciplines with one shared vision. Do great work for our clients and continue to grow the agency. Below is some of that work.

Its summer time. Who wants to deal with a serious relationship? Not CoffeeMate. In summer of 26, CoffeeMate released a limited flavor, Situation-Sip. How did fans get a bottle? By getting into a situation-sip with the bottle. Keep the back and forth going in our DMs and win a bottle. Let it fizzle out and you’re sent an oversized CoffeeMate boyfriend hoodie. The social campaign was launched and sustained by Carl Radke an original cast member of Bravo's reality television series Summer House. Obvs.
